    received defective product

    I purchased this product on 15th April 2015 and i received the product on 22nd April 2015. I was really shocked to find that the product is a defective one. The lamp in the projector is not working and its showing clearly lamp error indication light on the projector. I spent blady 30000/- and waited for 7 days to receive a defective product. Already raised a complaint on 22nd April 2015... waiting for response.
