I had to buy this when I was in a pinch for using it with my Nikon D3200. It's a very basic low-cost tripod and you get what you should. The legs fold away decently well and haven't slipped much when i have used it at different terrains but the Head is horribly disappointing. While the horizontal movement is decent the vertical movement is jerky and does not lock at all. It works fairly well, subject to the above limitations, on a small ens like the 18-55mm or the the 35 or 50 mm prime lenses...

I Bought this Product About 5 Months Ago For My Nikon D5100. Using It Since Then. I Use 18-55 Lens Kit, So Over All Load Is Around 700 g. I Never Felt Any Lack of Sturdiness. (Yet To Test With A Telephoto Lens Like 70-300 VR or 55-300 VR.) Works fine for me. But Off Course, If You Have A Heavier DSLR Like D7100 or Any Full Frame DSLR, You Better Go For A Much Higher Range Tripod, That Weights About 5-6 KG.

First of all i ordered this on 6th June and received it on 8th June. Excellent Service. And the packaging is also great.
Now the tripod is really amazing bearing the price at which you can get this tripod. Benro is an excellent brand and you can really trust them blindfoldedly. But it not the most toughest and strongest tripod i've witnessed. If you want a tripod for beginning your photography, it's the best you can get.
