Surface Preparation: Initially sand the surface with coarse sand/water paper according to the type of surfaces to remove rust, dust and other loose/unwanted particles. Wipe the surface clean. Luxol High Gloss Enamel offers a mirror like gloss which can be used both for exterior and interior surfaces mainly on mild steel, wooden and suitably prepared masonry surfaces. Formulated with alkyd and select colourants, it gives a long lasting glossy finish to every surface it touches. Priming: Apply one coat primer after proper thinning and allow the paint to dry fully. Sand the surface again with less coarser sand/water paper lightly and wipe clean. Apply 2 coats appropriate primer giving overnight interval between the coats. Sand it again with Water Paper No. 220/280. For wooden and metal surfaces apply 1 coat of Luxol Speed Coat Primer Surfacer with proper dilution and for wall surfaces apply 1 coat of solvent-base cement primer with ideal dilution. Allow it to dry fully.
