Great Service, Even Better Product!
I had received only 1 packet instead of 2 and rated this vendor poorly because there initially wasn't a solution within the systemic grievance framework. But kudos to Flipkart and the vendor for being flexible enough to offer one - both parties acknowledged the issue and I received the other 1kg packet. Oh, and the product is 5-star quality!
