Quality of the product is excellent. We have ordered 3 layer product. But flipkart supplied 2layer product as usual. This is happening again and again resulting in turnishing the reputation of flipkart. Otherwise the rating could have been 5.

obviously a new model. techniqes used in this product also simple & helpfull. but the quality is averagw. it's flexible but not so strong as per my expectation. qurier service is very good & helpfull. it delivered before expected date.

The item comes with all its parts separate and we have to assemble it. I had two issues with this:

a) the overall available length for drying is at the lower side

b) While it is inuitive to figure out how to assemble, the issue is with the fitment. The setup has metal rods with plastic parts that connect them together. However the plastic parts have few burs which prevents the metal rods from fitting in well. Also you wouldn't know how tightly or loosely it has to be fitted. You make ...

The product has everything as described. It comes with a self-installation instructions sheet. My first attempt to put together all pieces didnt work out that easily as horizontal pipes were not properly getting into the lock connectors. I had to re assemble the stand and hard fix each piece to make the last horizontal piece fit in. It would be more helpful to add more details of installation with some tips and tricks the manufacturer is aware of. Or a short video to better explain the steps...

Value for money product. very easy to assemble, even a kid can do it. working mechanism is very nicely planed. Only con is in my opinion is wheels. those could have been better. But as a whole worth buying.
