Great book for all professionals

This is a very concise and well articulated book for sales professionals. Every chapter makes you brainstorm and ponder on the points.
I had actually purchased it for gifting to a friend, but on browsing through it, couldn’t stop reading till the end. The book has a terrific pace and although I am a Finance person and not involved with sales, each principle seemed to connect with me. Hats off to the authors.
A must read highly recommended for all professionals.
