1. Warranty is limited only to the BEURER. product and does not extend to the packaging material of the BEURER. product or any other accessories of the BEURER. 2. The total value of all repairs and/or replacements made during the Warranty Period shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product. All decisions made by BEURER in respect of servicing of the product (including repairs or replacements of products or parts) shall be conclusive and the customer agrees to be bound by such decisions. 3. If the repaired product is not claimed by the user within 60 days from the service completion date, BEURER. reserves the right to dispose of the product at it’s discretion.

"Damage to product/body due to misuse or unauthorized repair. If misuse/damage is identified by service center, warranty is void; repairs will be chargeable (subject to parts availability). Optional parts are not covered for normal wear & tear (stains, marks, scratches, poor storage). Consumables like batteries, filters, needles, gel pads are not covered. Failure to follow user maintenance/cleaning as per manual voids warranty. Unauthorized modifications, altered serial numbers, or non-authorized repairs are not covered. Damage due to external electrical faults, wiring issues, or incorrect power supply. Physical damage (accidental/intentional) or poor storage conditions. Damage due to natural disasters, fire, theft, liquid spills, corrosion, environment, pests. In-home products used commercially (rental, profit, multi-user use) are not covered; except Professional/Beauty range. No fault found during diagnosis or product bought from unauthorized sellers not covered"

Then the customer gets a replacement of the similar model, delivered at their doorstep. Invoice copy must be kept for claiming the warranty/guarantee in case of any defect in the product.
