Most of the information provided is valuable to body builders. It covers all aspects comprehensively whether it's diet or technique . Plenty of emphasis is on right approach with relevant examples. Lots of points are repeated through out the book . Reader gets tired after reading the same topics again & again. This book would have benefited from a good editor. Also there are no illustrations regarding technique which is a major omission.
