i have been using this protein from few days after workout and definitely i see positive effects on body and it taste amazing because of chocolate flavor. I didn't feel any bloating. Since the product is plant based no side effect, would definitely recommend it.

This product is extremely awesome. It came just as shown in the images. You also get a compact shaker with it which is easy to handle. The protein is also plant based so it's the best for vegans.
