No need to talk about necessity of the book for UPSC aspirant. 3 star is for duplicate book - it's pages are very thin, colors not properly printed and some places the printing is very light. Some pics for reference. Buy while considering these. Although all pages are present. Hence not much problem if you have to study then can go with it. However needed to aware others. Will let know if found anything missing. Thankyou.
