If you discover a defect in your mattress, please contact the authorised Bianca dealer where you purchased the mattress from. If the dealer is no longer in business or you have moved outside the service area, please contact Bianca’s customer care department
Please contact Bianca’s customer care on +91 9930030460 or info@biancahome.in with clear description of the problem, associated pictures and copy of purchase invoice. Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Bianca reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the mattress prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty
Once the claim has been verified, Bianca will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty

Upon opening, the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it doesn’t come back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected. However, a + or - 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit
Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product
Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling
Reduction of thickness of greater than 3.81 cm (1.5 inch) will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect

Not Covered in Warranty | - Exclusions of Manufacturing Defects
Warranty will not be applicable on any sort of fabric / zip /mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty
Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 3.81 cm (1.5 inch) of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty
Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as defect and are not covered under warranty
Damages resulting from wrong handling, excessive loading, jumping on it, improper foundation, improper bed frame, improper usage, spillage, heat, folding, bending or any other abuse
Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care
Exposure to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform
Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser of the product
