Waited a lot to buy this book online but it was out of stock for long. So ultimately bought the kindle edition (i m not fond of kindle). In short this is very short book but it makes a difference in thinking about how to loose fat or build muscle. Though in starting there are lot of text it looks redundant but you have to go through it as it is important to learn.
