    I had to triple scoop to feel something
    Note:- I usually take one scoop of MB caffeine 2-3 times a week sometimes 2 depending on workout
    I took one scoop of this after a 2 week caffeine fast but I couldn't feel anything
    3 scoops next day had a moderate effect
    I wouldn't recommend buying this product

    Utterly Disappointed

    This isn’t effective at all. A cup of coffee works better. Save your money and invest in quality supplements. I have to shift back to expensive pre workouts now.
