I am a 70 kg man when I drink it I get instant alertness . When my female friend drinks the same quantity she gets red and itchy . I don't know but many smaller individuals have experienced this . So be careful

i dont know but i got some rashes on my skin when i take it and some itchingness but after some time rashes has gone (1hr)
(i only take less than half spoon)
Everything is fine except the rashes..
That's why i gave 3 🌟.
I update my review after some days if i got any kind of reaction or allergy or rashes.
