The delivery was one day before the expected date. Kudos to flipkart. and the Product is also very good. (very responsive touch and fast cooking)
Sadly there was no user Manual, so How to set child lock ?
Answer : Hold both the '+' and '-' for 3 seconds. And to unset it hold both the buttons again for 3 seconds.

great quality in 1849,just go for it you forgot big brand like bajaj etc,ITS REALLY FULL GLASS and plastic quality also good very silent operation.it take 2 minutes to hot water.

I have just one word to describe this product. I bought it 5 months back and I was really skeptical as I didn't know this brand, my parents discouraged me and asked me to go for a Pigeon or a Prestige cooktop. But, it was just going to cost me some 2000 rupees, so I bought this, anyway.

Plz read completely..!!
Good product, full glass from top.. looks premium product.. but it requires a stable voltage .. at my home voltages fluctuation is alot .. so its not that usefull till ur voltage is not stabilised (220-240).
One more thing customer support in first instance is not that good.. i m saying this on behalf of my cooktop was showing HI error in display .. and when i call to billion care..they said " return it, u are still under 10 days return policy" instead of helping me t...

No doubt my hands are on best product. At this price range I think I can't get anything better than this. It is full of features. Everything is running fine heats up too fast. important.. no overheat sensor ... in case of overheating by using a setting. for this reason your food can burn or milk or tea will spoil out even on lowest 120 setting so disappointed i have to keep on eye during cooking.
otherwise all areas good if above function will be available it will be top induction... service awesome in delhi onsite as said.
