Pros:
Heavy duty motor made of copper. The motor is very powerful. It grinds very fast. The daal which used to take 4-5 minutes of grinding now takes only 1-2 minutes.
Build quality of jars are very good. They feel so heavy in hand, Heavier than my last sumeet mixer grinder.

Cons. Making noise little bit more, while making dosa paste batter, its performance was ok.
But grinding masala etc. is very easy and quick.
