I had severe dandruff, even I spent tons of money on hospital medicines. I sought for permanent relief from itchy scalp & dandruff, still it works temporarily. A:not daily. shampooing daily would make your scalp try to fill in all the moisture back which would eventually make it greasy overtime. washing hair in a day or two is rather healthy.
