It delivers on what it promises, but the question is at what cost?
This serum basically has 2 active ingredients both of which are silicones Cyclosiloxane and Dimethiconol.
While Cyclopentasiloxane is an evaporating polymer, Dimethiconol remains on your hair strands causing buildup. So finally the 'shine' it gives your hair is a fake sheen caused by the silicones whose buildup can deprive the hair strand of hydration causing it to become even more brittle.

Great product
