powerful workout routine

i've been working out on the previous workout CD's by Bipasha & have loved them; so when this one came out i was happy to pick it up. its an intense workout session. like the previous 2 routines even this one can be done at home (but will need space) & is of 30mins- but sweats u out completely. if one does this one regularly- which isn't easy, one is sure to have not only a great body but also great strength & stamina.

really demanding routine

bipasha basu's early videos were worth appreciation and this time also she did awesome job .. for few days i faced body pain.. but its really good exercise and challenging. both men and women must do it. lovely :)

Nothing can be seen or listen except poor stucked picture and pieces of shrill noice... I tried it in different 4 to 5 dvd players and pc.

Bipasha has done it again!

This is a perfect regime for those who want to get rid of those extra fat and want toned muscles. It worked on me wonders. after doing the regime i have felt i am coming back to shape. my inches have decreased and people are noticing and also giving me good remarks for weight reduction.now i dont feel tired or exhausted on climbing the staircase. feeling FIT AND FABULOUS.

I have the previous volumes of Bipasha Basu's Fitness DVD & both the DVDs were awesome & I was eagerly looking forward for this one. The work-out routine in UNLEASH is extremely demanding & challenging & is highly recommended for both men & women.
