I am really pleased with the service from the seller. Ordered the pack through Flipkart and got it in 3 days in good condition. Once installed, my license period automatically added for one more year (731 days) and also received a separate email after registration with the license key to activate the product for Android app. Everything clean :)

This is one of the best AV products i have used till now. CNET says it is a tad better than Kaspersky, so tried it & it does live up to the mark.
The customer care service was also good, helped me get the additional year + mobile license without much hassle.
Overall a great buy, worth the money spent & way better than using a pirated AV!

Antivirus is good but there is NO SUPPORT FROM BITDEFENDER INDIA Furthermore blustack is not working with this antivirus

No point in buying this one. doesnt defend anything. the safepay option sucks. Please dont buy. Waste of money

Initially when i bought this product, there was some offer to have one more license free; which did not happen. I returned it the next day without any hassles and upon asking what to do with the license key, Flipkart concerned person told me that i could have it and need not surrender. So i am using it :)

After a few months, though the license is still valid and working, I have been facing issues with the BD continually. The BD services goes off automatically, leaving me prone to viruses and...

There are few things need to be enhanced. UI and other stuff. But more pricesely I would say it should have the option to shut down PC after completed scan. It's lacking behind.

Bitdefender - Good Antivirus, Minimal Interference, Feels secure while transacting with BitDefender installed in the background. Also doesnt load the system. Awesome customer service from Bit Defender.

Flipkart - Prompt service, nice customer support.

Flipkart Dealers - Please deliver what you promise. Dont sully Flipkart's reputation by committing one thing and selling other.
