When I bought this, it was not mentioned anywhere that the product has to be installed on all 3 devices at once. As a result I am losing the security on 2 devices. Contacted the customer care but they don't bother. Disappointed. Won't recommend.

The antivirus works fine, till it updated to 2017. Despite being a Multi-device subscription, it fails to register and bit-defender support never answers. Going back to 2015 does not help as it says that license has expired which it did not. I still had over 100 days left. Look elsewhere for a product that works till its date. This is a fraud.
