Coffee grinders were not available in India till now and when my imported one kicked it I ordered this and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. I use it not for grinding coffee beans but for dry grinding of Indian spices like cardamom, mustard, fenugreek etc.

It is easy to clean small grinder meant for grinding coffee bean, but other not to hard spices can easily be ground. I have used it for grinding almonds, pistachios, black pepper, oats, flax, sesame and . It is not meant for wet grinding and may not work best for harder nuts and spices. Grinds in only few pulses in less than a minute. Very much satisfied with the product performance till now.

Unlike what some other reviewers have said, I found this little grinder to be adequate for my coffee grinding needs. It grinds the beans well enough for use with a French Press. Cleaning is easy, as is storage. Perfect as a good daily grinder. The operating switch is sensible, but I tend to worry that the tiny polycarbonate pin might break one day rendering the product useless. I would certainly recommend this if you're needs aren't very specific.

I ordered this Black & DEcer Coffee bean mill. this reached to me withing 1 day of my order. It very good machine you can grind Tea masalla , elaichi powder making, any other small grinding. It very much convenient to using. earlier we brought from USA. It not easily available in India as Indian people still not aware of this kind of things. Good product , good serice by Flipcart.

Very good product and is no where available online except flipkart!

However, I must mention that the switch to turn on the motor is really of bad quality.
The plug is not an Indian style, so had to use an adapter.
Otherwise it is working just fine.

Similar grinder with full metal body is available at other shops at Rs. 1000. Besides, if you are a true coffee fan, don't waste yor money on rotary blade gringers such as this. You should invest in a ceramic grinder for real unspoilt coffee aroma. With rotary grinders, coffee will be burnt if you try to grind fine. Not at all suitable for espresso.

Kausik: The coffee freak

gives a coarse grind but is quite useful to grind masalas. My earlier grinder was of the same kind ut gave me a very fine powder in very less time.
Where as cleaning is concerned i had the same problem with my earlier one.
Have to be very careful with the lid as my earlier grinder was useless after the lid broke.
Over all a good product but could have been better

I had no choice but to buy this since it is one of the 2 models available here in India. The grind is pretty coarse, even at the finest setting, so using it for espresso is out of question. It can be used with regular machines and french press (press pot) coffee but you'll need to use more due to it's coarse grind. Also, it's pretty difficult to get the whole thing cleaned thoroughly.
