Product is good and have used for last few months. Though it stopped suddenly when was not in use.

Now I don't know how to avail the warranty, there is no details provided in here on the site, ideally there should be a link for it with some basic details and customer care number.

I will rate FLIPKART also low as they are not guaranteeing a customer's after sales service as i would rate any product good if is sold on flipkart.

Quality is not up to the mark, highly priced when compared to branded blenders with similar features.

Pathetic customer support or no warranty support. No one responds from Black and Decker.

Reasonably powerful, good looking and good attachments like the ice crusher and the whisk. Docking one star as the supposed chopper is more of a high speed blender, the whisk is too powerful for smaller bowls, the power plug is not for Indian outlets and the set did not come in a original box.. It was in a generic brown box and the booklets were in english/arabic. But only one star docket.. Its a good piece.
