This is the Hindi version of the title, Black Friday: The True Story of the Bombay Bomb Blasts, compiled by S. Hussain Zaidi. It is translated by Kuldip Narayan.
Summary of the Book
This title talks about one of the biggest terrorist attack on an Indian city, which happened on the 12th of March, 1993. A series of explosions spread over a period of two hours shook Mumbai. It was initiated at the Bombay Stock Exchange and then spread across all other directions, killing and injuring hundreds of people and bringing the city to a state of utter chaos. In this book, Hussain Zaidi gets his readers acquainted with the vicious conspiracy and the extensive investigation that followed the heinous incident. Bringing to light some of the most notorious names of the crime world, the book reveals the true dimensions of the gory plan. What stands out is the resilient spirit of Bombay and its people, and the book could not have been timed better when the country is constantly facing terrorist attacks and threats.
