Learn that every OS uses a specific amount of RAM for the performance..Nokia has only 512mb RAM for its devices upto 20000. WHY? because Windows uses only that level of ram, whereas an android even if it has 1Gb ram sometimes get struck. So, 512 MB RAM is good enough for a BB OS platform..I've used all platforms and yes there is no problem with 512MB ram. u can peacefully multitask.

I bought this phone about month ago, though not from Flipkart. I have used a BB 9790, 9900 and Curve 3G before, and this has surely been the best till now. It has the following features:

Firstly, this is BlackBerry. The phone is awesome and superlight. Using for sometime now and falling in love everyday with my phone. This is my first BlackBerry and I already like the BB OS7.1.

I used BB 8520 earlier and now this one.

Texting is better. Good grip and better sound quality.
Touch screen is really good.

Phone hangs frequently. But battery life is very poor. It last hardly 6-8 hours in 3G network. It makes the use of this mobile very inconvenient.
Sound quality of radio is average.
MMS feature is not easy to use.

Well i had ordered this blackberry 9720 on the 7th of nov 2013, received on the 15th on nov and i am writing this review after much of using it for so many days.

I have purchased BB 9720 phone based on the price and features which are very good in its class. The phone performance is also quite good and no complaints.

But on the flip side, I couldnot get a screen guard with the phone and also a cover/pouch for this phone as it was not available in the local market (Udupi, Karnataka). If these were also provided as a combo pack or with the phone itself it would be much better.

Overall the phone and the deliver is very good.

Don't buy this product from Flipkart because it's used phone and all the accessories are dublicate.when I get this phone it's not charging and I can't use this.the seller cheated me.they are mentioned below the warranty 1.5 year but all informations are lie.flipkart never considered customer satisfaction.
I need to refund money from this seller.. kindly solve my problem
