best phone under 11k

blackberry curve 9220 had really been a surprise, OS 7.1 at this rate is a dream come true.
sure it does not have a 3G, but who cares, it have a wi-fi, and anyways in India how many video calls do u make with a 11k smartphone. iPhone's, i agree they may be at places better than blackberry's bt androids stand nowhere near a bb.
Samsung along with other phones at this range have same processor, and the are useless.
HTC's UI is god, but so is bb's.
n people who are talkng abt using whatsapp as a...

Blackberry: Think twice, maybe thrice!!!

A "smartphone" with no 3G, outdated App store, below par specs, same old design, and priced at nearly 11K. i really don't see any reason for anyone to buy this,if its for BBM, well there's whatsapp which is cross platform. Since Blackberry is in a free-fall in the US and European markets, they're coming out with so-called "budget" phones in India and trying to sell them with a "its cool to own a Blacberry" tag line. If you are planning to buy this with the sole reason of believing its cool to...

Why this phone?

Well before buying this phone i had visited Flipkart to see the reviews, the overall rating was 3/5 but when I read the reviews I was sure this is the phone I was looking for! ( though the reviews were not in favour of this phone).
Why should one buy a Blackberry? Is blackberry better or Android? Pros and cons?
Answer to the first one: Do not buy a BB if ur purpose of buying a smart phone is to have fun and entertainment! Seriously, this has no touch screen, not a big display and not much App...

I love the dedicated BBM Branded Key on the device.
The BB OS 7 is a major development highlight for this ...

A Fully Satisfied User

To start of, Blackberry 9220 literally made my day or rather rescued me from the likes of the jungles of touchscreen phones. After using a 25k touchscreen for 2 years i was absolutely fed up of the same. Its amazing how different brands both Indian and foreign are launching touchscreens smartphones day after day without giving a living sh*t to those old school people who still believe in pressing a button to get things done. So amid all the mayhem blackberry still stand its ground for givi...
