Method of use - Vegetable Biryani: Heat ghee in a pan, crackle cumin seeds, add cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. When it turns light pink, add vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then add rice in it and cook, then after it gets cooked lightly, add 3 cups of water and add salt as per taste, cook on high flame for 15-20 minutes, then add our special biryani masala in it and 1-2 minutes before taking it off from the flame, add cheese in it and Turn off the gas, now your biryani is ready.
