Just got it delivered and installed on 21/10/2020. Product is working fine till now. Can't comment on the power comsumption now unless get the electricity-bill of the next cycle. The installation was really prompt. Flipkart-seller & Bluestar promptly addressed my concern of delayed installation apprehending this festive period and kept my request by arranging a installation on the same day (which was actually 5 days before the scheduled time).

for those who are confused between year of star rating, it is 2018 manufactured. and woth latest star rating (2018-2019)

Good service to Flipkart but not to be free installed my ac

But installation was very poor and I have to install two times and also had to pay two times money ..nobody helped me company as well as flipkart and charged 1500
