A:yes It is a blue star product & i don't know about the official site but I bought it was original product& yes it gives alkaline water pH level of it was 8.5

A:Based on personal experience, i tested in my lab, the water pH is 10. Taste is very good

Q:Is it work on low pressure water supply
A:if the pressure is too low, u need to setup an external booster pump. However it works fine for me without booster pump. We have purifier in ground floor and water tank above first floor.

Wonderful
Water purified good but what no taste of water. I'm connected to borewell and municipal water together and TDS level is around 400. No TDS control provided with this mechine. when I'm check purified water after purification process done and the TDS level is 106. Quite good thing is it's taking 20 to 30 min for filling the 8 L tank. Suitable for large family and medium family also 4 to 5 people.

Worth every penny
Looks good, works well, the water taste is much better than my trusty old Kent Grand and Installation was a peach. Will have to see how it works long term, so far so good.
The only quirk is that the tap's flow is a little slow and causes a splash if you lift it up and close.

Good choice
Nice product. I am happy with it. But water taste can be more better. Getting 90 TDS in water and i am using copper drum to store water. So its good for health. Atleast this water can actually fullfil my thrust. My tap water tds is 290 so difference are not that much. So cant say much about the tds of water have 500+

Mind-blowing purchase
I got delivery in one day, good experience, installation completed soon, I think there are five filters inside and one prefilter outside, filters costs around 2500 2000 500 500 500 500 , so after one two years you will be charged accordingly if any one filter change is required at time of servicing, water test is good, Good company experience till, Alkaline Water is the main reason I bought this and product price is good, overall good experience from purchasing to installation
