"A blend of washed and red honey coffees from 3 of our favourite Ratnagiri lots! The fruity flavours of this coffee include notes of caramel, red apples, and dried plums and can be enjoyed in espresso-based drinks. For manual brews, our roasting team recommends this blend as a Cold Brew, Aeropress and Pour Over. Ratnagiri Estate is a Rainforest Alliance certified farm in the South Indian Western Ghats near Bababudangiri, the place where coffee in India first originated. Ratnagiri literally means ‘Pearl Mountains’ and gets this name from the dense Silver Oaks that tower over coffee plants."

Super!
I love this coffee. It has a rich, nutty flavor with low acidity. The medium dark roast smells fresh and is just right --- itdoesn't taste burnt. And it's great that Blue Tokai offers different grinds according the your preparation method , including an Italian moka pot, which is what I'm using.
