This is a great product if it comes to small stitching works. The only problem was that when I bought the product it was of bms lifestyle, but the one that got delivered to me was of monghui. But the features were same and it worked well.

Q:what to do if bobbins doesn't catch upper thread?
A:Return the product asap. Same thing happened with us. After putting a lot of efforts we couldn't put thread in bobbins. Returned the product. The new one was catching the thread easily.
