Must buy!
Sound bar : simply awesome nice output on movie, music, news mode
Bass: No words if you bass lover blindly go for it...
Negative : some time that bass killing the voice which need to be improved.
Some time HDMI connection to tv need to select each time it's not recognised by Tv or Boat need fix.
If you need more bass 160w best option which contains wireless subwoofer which is cool choice.
And 120w would be fine if you not love bass that much....

If you have the budget for 160W version then better go for philips htl2163b.
Cons:
1. Bluetooth version is very old, you will face connectivity issue. It's good to connect only to its own sub woffer.
2. 3d sound is actually worse than the normal equalizer setting.
3. Don't expect any type of surround effect, not even with aux cable.
4. Bass is too high for the 160W version, so high that you have keep it in -ve to be able to actually listen to anything else.
5. Remote control is very flims...

Does the job
Plus points:
Design is good.
Multiple connection are good.
Minus points:
The product packaging was not sealed and good
Bluetooth version is old 2.1. there is a small gap between connection every half-an-hour.
Subwoofer weight is less it is unable to deliver deep bass. It cannot provide a strong bass too
There is a lag or delay in audio when AUX is connected from DTH.
Overall the product is over priced.
Instead we can purchase tower speaker or 5.1 speaker

It doesn't have battery so not sure why Flipkart gave me an option to rate on basis of battery..
Fan of boat speak but few things to be pointed out here.
Remote is not of good quality interms of built .. you need to do a hard press sometimes.
Bluetooth connectivity is also an issue even wid paired devices it doesn't connect many tyms u need to do a reset and pair again.
Over all i ll sau 3 on 5

Does the job
After using it for 2 months.
i would say this is a okay product. Sound is good, Bass is too good. Clarity is good.
BUT a major drawback is connectivity between woofer and bar.
as it is wireless it loses its connectivity very often. Everytime you have to restart woofer from main switch.
Overall the product is okay at this price range.

Must buy!
Gyus...boat avante 160 sound bar is totally amazing in this price. Sound bar sound output is very crystal clear & Bass is such an amazing with boom bash output...my house main hall size is 15*12 & when I played song with bass with only 1 level
& Volume level just keep 10-12, I seriously feel my hall is shaking and if you watch movie then you must feel like home theater...I will give for boat avante bar 160 10/10...

BOAT AVANTA BAR .
Sound is clear crystal but woofer giving extra unnecesary bass in movies watching but sound is clear . BEST for music lovers also best for movies but no control on bass and overral satisfied.

Mobile Bluetooth connectivity is good..
Else sound is excellent..
Bass & Treble is superb and we have option increase and decrease...
