2 tab 2400 Glycinate written but in front 2000 mg Glycinate written?
And not upto to the mark not feeling relaxation and sleepy.
I used Maggrow D3 with magnesium Glycinate tablet.
It has 250 mg elemental Magnesium but Glycinate quantity not written
Which gives instant feel in 30 mns and long feel of relaxation till next day.
