Good Book But I Expected Much More

Well first I'll say that flipkart delivery is worst than a postman or a courier guy. My phone was on silent & that guy called me twice but I was not aware of & then after 15 mins I called that person again & he said he will come tomorrow. I forced him to come near my house but he refused. & then I had to leave my house till the main road the distance will be 450-500 meters. then that guy handed over the book to me.

Good for Motivation. Adequate Guidance.

If you expect to read reams of pages on exercise science then this is not the book for you.

The book aims to subtly motivate and inspire you to aim for long term achievements and sustained health and benefits instead of concentrating on short term goals achieved with quick-fix formulas and then relapsing to old habits.

Good for the beginners and initial aspirants

The book talks a lot about inspiration and motivation. it includes various people's success stories. kris gethin being in the limelight for training Hrithik, John and recently mahesh babu. The program will definitely show some results in you. But be sure it follow it seriously.

one important point in any body building program is the diet and nutrition. I followed this program perfectly w.r.t exercises however couldnt follow the diet, but still could see nice results.

Good book for motivation and useful tips

Nice one

It covers all basics of bodybuilding.The program is awesome.I have reaped results from it.Much of the book is covered of inspirational clients.There is few pages on core bodybuilding however every page in this section is gold.It would have been better if kris could have dedicated one chapter to each topic on bodybuilding.A separate chapter for nutrition and fatloss could made it wonders.Though a great book.

Very Wonder Book

If you need some push up or inspiration, go for it. Else search another book.

I thought to buy a book that contains all exercises and workouts with detailed description like when to do, how many to do, what are the benefits of those. But when i opened this, i was little disappointed.

Half of the book contains the reviews and success stories of people who followed this book.

One fourth of the book contains the exercises to do and their benefits.

So if you are looking for some push up or inspiration, go for it. Else with out second thought, buy another book
