Best Book I have ever seen for body building and to stay fit, great inspiration, and a must read Bok for all youngsters

moreover it talks more about motivation before starting building your body.

I received this book yesterday and as soon as I opened it, the book started falling apart! Make no mistake, this is a fantastic book by Kris Gethin. Kris, if by any chance you're reading this, I would definitely buy your next book too but please make sure the company that binds the book does the job well! They are NOT doing any justice to your brand and it WILL adversely affect your brand name and business. 5 stars for the book content, 0 for the binding quality.

Just after the 2days when I Started Reading, pages are coming out even the cover is also totally Teared off. And flipkart isn't responding Now.

Before i start, this rating is not for the content of the book which is pretty good. This is for the cheap physical build of the product. I got this replaced twice for faulty binding, but the third book is also equally bad. This seems to be the problem with the full batch. i'm disappointed the publishers had such a low quality bar for India edition. This is the third time i'm opening the book, its already in 2 parts now and every page you open from the middle is coming off the bind. Equally ...

As usual Flipkart delivered the book within 2 days but this time i was in for a surprise as the book quality was not good. The pages came off and the binding was not proper.

Regarding the Book: One of the best books ever for amateur bodybuilders. Can be purchased with a blind eye.

nothing much to say....the book binding was so poor that i end up without reading the book. content shown so are good so far...but could not read the whole book properly due to bad book binding/gum.
