Bought this few months back. It was a double deal which had 2 titles of the same author. But on receipt i found out that it was the same book with different cover. Was quite surprised as it was misleading. On my complaint flipkart immediately gave me a 100% refund.

Nothing Great about this book. It only talks about people and their journey to achieve fitness, No scientific knowlege about fitness.

Follow this as it is - and you will surely gonna get the desired physique ....worth spending money on this work.
