Excellent
I had been having difficulty staying asleep, for some reason. I thought that, perhaps, my diet was lacking something, so I googled information, and Melatonin was suggested. Since taking Melatonin, the quality of my sleep has much improved, and I am getting close to 8 hours of sleep each night, as compared to 4 or 5 hours! I am very pleased with the product.
