Best for muscle relaxation. Not so soft not so hard best in between soft and hard. My weight is 86kg and I am using it and not fell any problem. Useful product for gym once. Packaging is good and delivery before delivery date which is best thing. If you are doing gym 5- or 6-day gym this product is very helpful for your muscle relaxation.

Highly recommended
This is the first time I am using a foam roller and it is a game changer. The product is well constructed and is extremely effective at rolling out kinks especially in my upper back and glutes. Its made up of superb quality material, durable and great premium finish. Overall a superb product that works wonders at its job and a complete value for money product.

A good foam roller can be used more than an year without any issue. But cheap one tend to break in one month. Let's see if it lasts longer. Then only I will 5 stars
