It's a surreal feeling to read the book. Often reading history, we focus on bigger facts and events. We never talk about what happenes in grass root level. This book paints a picture of how apartheid was in the ground level. The hero of this story is Trevor's mother whose struggle is what hooks you up in the story. There are some very accurate analogies about language, race and religion in this book. This book is funny, emotional and heart touching at the same time.

A book filled with some really amazing stories. It is Inspiring, filled with emotions and witty all at the same time. It is really endearing how Trevor changes every situation he faced in his childhood to something positive. This book is really a testimont to all the mother's for their sacrifices, unconditional love and courage to do anything for their child. A must read for everyone, this book will make you value what you have in your life so much.

There is never a page that I didn't flip without laughing out loud. Truly a marvelous work done by Trevor Noah. It's amazing how the circumstances can shape a perosn. It's an incredible book and you must get for yourself one soon.
