The Borner V3 TrendLine Starter Set & Slicer comes with a choice of 3 different slice thicknesses which can be found in the slice inserts and in the backside of the safety insert. It is advised to use the 3.5mm and 7mm blade inserts for cutting desired strips/sticks/cubes with minimum fuss and ease-of-use after having first cut into the fruit with a knife.
