I have been using this product for 6 years now without any problem at all
The vegetable basket at the bottom broke off and could be more sturdy other than that a fantastic product!

With in one yr. Twice I faced issue.....😡

Freeze is good , but here i came to notice that Fan motor of Bosch freeze what ever be the model not lasting more than 2 year
So You have to keep in kind that we have to bear appx ₹2000 after two year as its fan motor gets problem

And they took heavy charges like 800 service and ₹1000 for fan motor which is inthink not above ₹100

Worst Decision made about buying this. Within 2 months it's not cooling and have been following with up Bosch to repair or replace. Just once the service guy visited, inspected and informed that I will get the missing part and come back, but it's 2 weeks since that. Would have better opted for Samsung or other brands.

Very nice product, is spacious and highly reliable.

I brought it on 15/10/2019 and installed on 19-10-2019 after 2 days installation on 21-10-2019 I found my Refrigerator Unit's door magnet is not working properly. that is why around Rs 6000/- raw food was spoiled. After that on 21-10-2019 made phone call and mail too for service. but till date they are unable to attend problem. Now, Last 09 days I am using Tape to keep close the Refrigerator Unit door.

If you can keep your refrigerator door properly close then the cooling is amazing.
