Washing machine got delivered within one day. I opted for exchange offer but when Ekart delivery person came and inspect my washing machine, he denied to pick it up due to a very minor rust at the bottom which was not visible at all. I requested him a lot to talk to his superior and senior people so that old washing machine can be picked up. He did not show any initiative and talked very casually. i upgraded from a top load Samsung machine, and the difference is pleasantly evident.
