Its been a week we started using this product, so let me provide my experience so far with respect to delivery handling and installation and machine functioning.
The machine got delivered on time and the delivery person took effort to move this product (60kgs+) to first floor in a safe manner and no issues was found during unpacking and hence I rate five stars for the effort put in by flipkart folks.

I bought it @15639/- on 13 Oct 2018, after 10 months usage it is working fine. No issues reported.

I have using Bosch of 7kg with 1000rpm.. I was looking for topload washing machine for my parents and changed my mind and went for Basic Bosch WM of 6kg 800rpm.. Performance of washing clothes is same as the one I used before.. But I observed, If we go for 'daily usage' program it takes quite lot of time like around 1.30 hours to complete it.. Excellent front loading washing machine for a family of 3 or 4. Quiet enough although it does move a little more when spinning to dry so you better have a good stand for it that can hold the shaking. Impressed with how clean it makes the clothes, and for those wondering top loader go with this for less damaged clothes and less water/power usage.

Product is good but it does not have led display.If any buyer specifically willing to buy washing machine only from Bosch company below 20k then this product suggestible. In addition if buyer location is far away from City then Installation will take 4-5 days from delivery. Apart from this product is superrrrrrr
