Product is excellent but Installation and demo was not done. Customer support for service and repairing is very worst totally fraud and scam please do not buy this product because service and customer support is very worst and parts of this washing machine does not meet easily so please go other brand as LG, Samsung, WHIRLPOOL, etc please do not buy this product

Defective exchange policy. They make exchange look attractive and at delivery time undervalue the exchange rate to put you under duress to accept a lesser price. Not transparent. Otherwise the Bosch machine is very good.

- less noise when washing but very noisy and vibrating on dryer.

Got the machine in 2 days after ordering it from Flipkart. Fast delivery.
Installation takes place after 2 days.
Water tap required for this machine is different compare to other machines like LG, IFB etc. So before installation keep ready with all plumbing requirements else service engineer will not able to install the machine.
Machine may repeat the rinse the cycle if there is detection of foam inside drum.
Overall Good machine.

The product is great. It was delivered locally without any damage and checked as it was open box delivery. I was not sure about which model series will be delivered but it is Series 8 (2024 model) with new door design as shown in photo attached. The installation happened very next day of delivery. You can purchase extended warranty from Bosch website is you want. Got card discount from HDFC, so overall great deal.

Writing this review after 1month of usage,I bought this washing machine (7kg variant)after a deep comparison with other company washing machine like LG,IFB, SAMSUNG,etc. Bosch washing machine is a quality and heavy duty machine while comparing other company products. If you are ok with the capacity then go for it without any hesitation.
Pros:
This washing machine is perfectly suitable for families with 4 to 6 persons.
Washing quality is upto the mark.
Uses less electricity ...

Make sure to have proper electric point at the place which is 15 A and more
Water pressure should be good as low pressure increases the time of wash
Variety of wash programmes to choose from.

Lovely machine built like a tank, clothes were washed to perfection..

Cons:
Sometimes the timer increases automatically by a few mins.
