I opted for exchange offer but when Ekart delivery person came and inspect my washing machine, he denied to pick it up due to a very minor rust at the bottom which was not visible at all. I requested him a lot to talk to his superior and senior people so that old washing machine can be picked up. He did not show any initiative and talked very casually. i upgraded from a top load Samsung machine, and the difference is pleasantly evident.
its environment friendly too, uses lesser water and electricity.

The bosch service is mediocre.
They took an unfairly long time to install the machnie, i was annoyed to the point that i was thinking about returning it.
