1- Pathetic customer support(Installation Guy was behaving like my office boss)
2- Very short connecting pipe(Cost Cutting)
3- LED display is not clear it’s very reflective(Personnel, not a big con though)
4- Expensive operating cost as BOSCH products like descaler, stand, liquid are costly

1. No Noise...it runs so smooth you will only listen inside clothes movement sound but not machine.
2. Sturdy Design...It's heavy of approx 71kg weight.
