The product is great. It was delivered locally without any damage and checked as it was open box delivery. I was not sure about which model series will be delivered but it is Series 8 (2024 model) with new door design as shown in photo attached. The installation happened very next day of delivery. You can purchase extended warranty from Bosch website is you want. Got card discount from HDFC, so overall great deal.

Got the machine in 2 days after ordering it from Flipkart. Fast delivery.
Installation takes place after 2 days.
Water tap required for this machine is different compare to other machines like LG, IFB etc. So before installation keep ready with all plumbing requirements else service engineer will not able to install the machine.
Machine may repeat the rinse the cycle if there is detection of foam inside drum.
Overall Good machine.
I will give 5/5 star

Even it say 9kg Drum size is very small won't be able to take lot of clothes check other options

- less noise when washing but very noisy and vibrating on dryer.

Product is very good but installation associate was trying to sell all accessories and he was very unhappy when we declined and in hurry to finish off

The machine looks good and works fine but the installation part was the worst

This our first automatic washing machine and we are enjoying the experience.the tap which I wanted to use for inlets was plastic so installation guy asked me to replace it with double steel tap.my switch board was not in range of wire so i suggested to use extension board but installation guy adviced me not to because it needs a power socket so some fitting work had been done by me. It is an old series model which is not worth buying in 2024 at all. Plz buy a minimum series-4 models of Bosch washing machine.

It's working fine and quick installation and as well as with the delivery....overall we're satisfied with 10days performance
