Quality of product 4/5 - its a good built but i could have except more coz its Bosch make.

Quantity of supplied tools 4/5 - there are almost 4 cutter blades inside 2 of polishing small brush , 2 of metal polishing and 2 of grinding blades , i wished there were more of tools for engraving ! there is one needle which is given for engraving but trust me u can only do Etiching with it and not engraving!

External handle motor is excellent.


Case quality is Bakwass trust me , its sad plastic.

Got it as a gift and been using it for most of my PCB drilling and PC case modding. very veratile with so many drill options and engraving burrs. Must have for DIY enthusiasts and workshops. Highly recommends.

Pros:
Handy and ergonomic with a never ending list of attachments.
The additional flex shaft enables to reach those tight spots easily.
Handles all the available dremel shafts if you also buy the multi chuck
Decibels levels are in limits and its not a skull-ringing monster of a device ...

The product is very flimsy as well.
With minimum usage within 2 month it stopped rotating.

In Bangalore itself I am not getting proper service. Submitted for repair on 15th March and still waiting for a fix.
Looks like spare parts are not available and they cannot commit to a time line.
Called both Bangalore Bosch support person as well as the service center follow up but nothing moving. Still waiting (I don't know for how long).

I have tried sanding, buffing, carving with it but I am yet to try the flex shaft. the power is good and it Delivers what it promises. but for my requirements I should have gone with the 4000 series than this one

Not the best product I would say. Mine went to the service station within 1 month of usage. Not expected from Bosch.
