Excellent packing and on-time delivery by Flipkart. The product is of very good quality. Used it once and the performance is very satisfactory (though I ended up drilling concrete-beam portion of the wall, and had to put lots of energy). Has a good heat-dissipating mechanism (by means of proper air-outlets) so it might withstand long/continuous operations. I chose mainly because of the Bosch 'brand' and no regrets about it.

it has many features, hammer and normal drill, clock and anti-clock rev. for screwing and unscrewing.
hammer mode is really helpful for making holes in walls, no need to apply much pressure, drill like as it drilling on cheese.
extra package supplied with machine is much useful, (4 bits each for wood, steel and concrete), plastic pellets, some screws. useful to start work right away.

It's very useful and necessary tool must have every household. It is very user-friendly & easy to operate, all type of bits of good quality is provided with this drill. Now I am not depend on my carpenter or electrician for small work. Save time & save money. Cons: Not found till now.
