Product received was defective got replaced but again received defective one.

Very bad product and cheap fraudulent management at Flipkart

I ordered this product on 6th Oct, Billion FOOLS Day - that's what Flipkart did to its customers. I was thoroughly unsatisfied by the product and asked for either of the two options: -
1. Refund my amount.
2. Replace this product with another product for a higher value and adjust the difference amount (was willing to pay upfront)

The Customer Care executive and the product expert both denied me saying that we don't refund any amount because the product was sold on 6th October. Both of them...
